Refund and cancellation policy

You can get a full refund if we cancel a course before you log in. If you have registered but not started, you can get a refund minus a $100 administration fee. After you start a course, we do not offer full refunds.

When you can get a full refund

• Bio Balance Health cancels a course before you log in to access the system.

When you can get a partial refund

• You have registered but have not started the course. We deduct a $100 administration fee.

When refunds are not available

Once a student has started a training course, Bio Balance Health Limited does not offer full refunds after the student has commenced the training course.

Your obligations

• You must pay the total course fees, even if you do not complete the course.
• Payment is due using the method you chose at checkout.

Your rights under consumer law

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
