We collect only what we need to run our courses, answer your questions and process donations and memberships. We do not sell your information. You can ask to see it or correct it at any time.

Bio Balance Health Limited, ABN 55 050 417 058, is a not-for-profit, ACNC-registered charity. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Bio Balance Health. Our postal address is PO Box 7795, Gold Coast Mail Centre Qld 4217.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email and the details of your question when you contact us.
- Course and lecture enrolments: your name, email, profession and payment details. Our course and learning platforms hold and process these.
- Donations and memberships: your name, contact details and payment details. Our payment providers process these.
- Website use: this website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
- Practitioner directory (when it opens): your name, profession, practice details and training status, with your consent. Any case studies must be consented and de-identified.
Please do not send us health information
We are an education organisation, not a clinic. Please do not send personal health information through this website or by email. We cannot give medical advice.
How we use it
To run and support our courses, answer your questions, process donations and memberships, meet our legal and charity reporting obligations, and keep you informed if you have asked us to.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the organisation, such as our learning platforms (OpenLearning and GoHighLevel), payment and membership providers (Stripe and RaceRoster) and our email and website hosts. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
We do not sell personal information.
Marketing
We send marketing or newsletters only if you have agreed. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
