How to ask your doctor about BBH training
A short guide and printable card to help you ask your doctor to look at Bio Balance Health's professional course on the biochemistry of mental health.
How to ask your doctor about BBH training
Bio Balance Health teaches doctors and other health professionals what research shows about the biochemistry of mental health. We are an education organisation. We cannot give medical advice or see patients. Your own doctor is the person who can look at your health.
Many doctors have not heard of our course. If you would like your doctor to know about it, you can pass on the card below.
What you can do
- Read about the course on our training page.
- Print the card below, or share this page with your doctor.
- Ask whether they would be open to looking at the course.
- Leave decisions about your care to you and your doctor together.
What to keep in mind
- Your doctor decides which tests, if any, suit you.
- Your doctor may decline. That is their choice, and it is fine.
- Please do not start or stop any medicine or supplement without talking to your doctor first.
- If you need help now, see Get help. In a crisis, call 000.

I would be grateful if you would take a look at its professional course: biobalance.org.au/training
I understand that any decisions about my care are for you and me to make together.
Thank you.
